Pigeon Forge is one of the biggest tourist destinations in the southeastern United States. It is home to a number of fun and thrilling attractions for the whole family. There are so many different attractions that it is nearly impossible for visitors to be bored.

Country singer Dolly Partons theme park Dollywood is one of the biggest attractions of the area. It draws in over two million visitors each year and it parent company Dollywood Entertainment, is the biggest seasonal employer in the county. Dollywood features a number of rollercoasters, water rides, rides designed for the whole family, and rides specifically for children. It is also home to an animal sanctuary, a chapel, and Dolly Partons Chasing Rainbows interactive museum featuring memorabilia from her career. The site also features family oriented performances and entertainment from gospel and country singers. The Dixie Stampede dinner and performance is another major part of Dollywood, featuring great food and top performers from around the country.

The Black Bear Jamboree is another dinner and performance attraction. Patrons are treated to a feast while watching thrilling performances of country, bluegrass, gospel, and oldies music. There are many other theatres that offer the combination of world class dining and thrilling musical performances.

The Elvis Museum is home to the largest private collection of Elvis Presley memorabilia. Visitors can view many of the Kings belongings at their own pace.

Aside from the museums, theatres, and Dollywood, Pigeon Forge is also home to several outlet malls that offer designer clothes at huge discounts. There are over 200 stores contained in several different malls. Shoppers can also find shops that specialize in gifts and unique crafts.

There are enough Pigeon Forge attractions to entertain even the most discriminating travelers. Families, couples, or groups can find something to interest them in beautiful Pigeon Forge.
